The Royal Geographical Society is pleased to arrange a guided tour and talk at the Africa Center, with a traditional drumming session followed by an African culinary experience.

Following the exciting drumming session, the talk covers African indigenous culture and religions, including witchcraft and African spirituality.

Lunch is offered buffet style including dishes from Ethiopia, Mozambique and Zimbabwe, coupled with a chance to try Matapa (cassava leaf stew), Galinha Assada (grilled chicken), fried plantain and many other regional specialties.

The Africa Center is a platform and creative hub that is dedicated to fostering value between African and non-African communities in Hong Kong. The organisation works to increase awareness and helps the community to learn to appreciate Africans and their culture. The Center also strives to connect people through a uniquely African platform, where people can connect, gain an African perspective of things and share values.

Cost: $480 for Members and $580 for their non-member guests including lunch
