Bartle Bull and companions rode around the shores of Lake Baikal, the oldest, largest, deepest and cleanest lake in the world, collecting water samples en route. The physical conditions of this 25 million year old lake have created a unique ecosystem and it is estimated to contain 1500 unique species of flora and fauna.
